Calculate Grains Per Pound (GPP) and Dew Point for structural drying.
Specific Humidity.
Below 60 GPP indicates good drying conditions.
Condensation temperature.
Materials cooler than this will sweat.
Drying Goals: To actively dry a structure, the GPP of the air blown from dehumidifiers must be lower than the GPP of the ambient room air. This establishes lower vapor pressure, causing moisture to move out of the wet materials and into the air.
